Lovro knew exactly what he wanted to build; we were the engineering team that made it happen. Hosts were running their business across a patchwork of separate tools: listings, payments, guest messaging, invoicing, and reviews, and losing a large cut of every booking along the way.

It continuously scans the market for new property listings that aren't yet represented by an agency, then an AI voice assistant calls each owner by holding a real, natural conversation to arrange a meeting with an agent. Court-appointed experts and law offices transcribe hours of hearing and interview audio by hand. General tools are not built for legal casework, struggle with Croatian, and cannot keep sensitive recordings on a controlled network.

Unlokie runs unmanned smart lockers that let people grab sports gear at public courts and return it with a photo, a live product with an app, an admin panel, and a computer vision service, but no reliable, secure way to run it all in production.

Reach the Sea brought the vision; we were the technical team that turned it into a working platform. Tour operators were juggling departures, seats, crew, agencies, and on-board sales across spreadsheets and messages, with nothing connecting the public booking page to what actually happens on the dock.
